CCP was hired to list the former (and previously vacant) On The Border restaurant building in Aliso Viejo, California for lease or for sale.

CCP secured an all cash buyer interested in redeveloping the property. The new owner engaged CCP Advisory Services to completely re-image and re-develop the property into two separate restaurant suites.  CCP sourced and coordinated the architects, engineers and designers required to completely redevelop the property.  CCP then worked with the city to gain approvals and secured long term leases with two corporate restaurant operators.

Project Details

CCP Development and Advisory Services secured long term corporate leases for both suites. CCP then assembled the team of architects, contractors and engineers, arranged financing for the redevelopment, and spearheaded the redevelopment process on behalf of the new ownership.
