CASE STUDY:

Westfield Topanga

Sears Building Redevelopment

Project Info

Westfield has identified Woodland Hills and their Topanga property as the ideal location for a world class food hall within their portfolio. A first for the company, the project is a redevelopment and transformation of a 50-year-old Sears building into Los Angeles’ newest and most unique community for food, art, culture and entertainment.

This experience destination development will include fine dining opportunities, music/comedy venue(s), a state of the art luxury cinema, and LA’s premier food hall.  This three story project will be the center for all food, music, art and entertainment in the North Los Angeles area.

CCP + Westfield have formed a cohesive team for this unique food hall and entertainment destination, from design and development, to procurement and ultimate leasing of the project.

CCP has been engaged on a long-term consulting basis to help make this goal a reality.

Project Details

CCP has been engaged by Westfield on a long term contract to consult on the project layout, design, tenant mix and specific tenant outreach and curation for this world-class project.

Projected opening: Mid 2020.
