Over his 30 years in the industry, Chris has created a unique Co-tenancy in the hospitality sector with CCP’s own category of Pure Hospitality, combining Retail and Hospitality in a dynamic and energized environment.
Chris is a proud UCLA graduate (Go Bruins!) and when he isn’t overseeing your next deal and or following his son’s band, you’ll catch him heading to the mountains to fish, golf, and ski with family or friends.

Prior to joining the team Randall was a regular on the World Long Drive Tour and Championship where 400+ yard drives are the norm. As Vice President of CCP he brings his competitive drive to bear on client assignments throughout the Western United States.

Randall has worked with the CCP team for over a decade as a salesperson, senior associate, and now Vice President. He earned a Bachelor’s in Real Estate from San Diego State University and is a certified member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
When he finally takes a break from his clients, you’ll probably find Randall at the beach or in the mountains around Lake Tahoe.
Sam Moore

Sam has been a closer for years, but not always in the real estate sense. He was a late-inning pitcher for UC Irvine’s baseball team, where he earned NCAA All American and Academic All American honors in addition to a Bachelor’s in Economics.

Sam was a Marcus & Millichap associate before joining the CCP team more than two years ago. His winning attitude and competitive drive have helped CCP secure more than a few clients’ ideal real estate locations. And don’t worry — he still plays baseball on Sundays.
Mike Barron

Mike has been around the block a time or two when it comes to real estate. Before joining the CCP team, he spent 20 years as an agent specializing in industrial and retail, as well as a real estate consultant.

Mike’s resume includes working for such companies as Grubb & Ellis, Commercial West Brokerage, and KW Commercial. He even spent two years in local government, as Planning Commissioner for the city of Rocklin, CA.
Mike has been awarded the distinctions of Opus Retail Broker of the Year in 2010 and Sacramento Top 10 Retail Brokers in 2013. He earned his Bachelor’s degree from UCLA.
Any given Sunday, you can find Mike out for a run and then back home to hang with his family. Mike’s favorite pastime is coaching baseball and mentoring his players.
