Project Info
CCP was hired as an independent contractor to act in place of a full time in-house Real Estate department for Mike Simms and his restaurant group, which includes Tin Roof Bistro, Craft Shack, and Simmzy’s, as well as concepts by Chef Dave LeFevre.
In this position, CCP acts as a single point of contact for all new site submittals and is responsible for developing and executing expansion plans, negotiating transactions, and seeing those deals through to execution.
By outsourcing to CCP, Mr. Simms is able to leverage expert advice, throttle his needs up or down as required, and spend a fraction of the cost associated with a fulltime in-house real estate department.
