The client required co-tenancy with other best-in-class fast casual and QSR brands.

CCP successfully negotiated a deal with Sears Roebuck Company for a redevelopment of an outparcel at Puente Hills Mall alongside Starbucks, California Fish Grill, and Five Guys Burgers & Fries.
