Brazilian Steakhouse to Bring Gaucho Culture to Fashion Show Mall

Seventeen different cuts of meats replace Kona Grill

Originally slated to host a beer pub from the creators of Kona Grill, a Texas-born restaurant is swiftly pushing to debut a taste of Brazilian cowboy culture inside a prime location at Fashion Show.

Galpao Gaucho Brazilian Steakhouse is headed into the substantial 8,787-square-foot space, conveniently situated a few steps from the Strip and facing Wynn and Encore resorts.

Sitting between rival restaurants Ra Sushi and Benihana, Galpão Gaucho’s specialty is offering 17 different cuts of meats, served and sliced by its bandanna-wearing waitstaff, and providing unlimited access to its 40-item, oversized salad bar.

Launched in San Antonio, Texas, in 2014, before expanding to three California restaurants and an impending move to Charleston, South Carolina, the Las Vegas location is large enough for a maximum occupancy of 417 and has allocated an estimated budget of $600,000 to cover construction costs.

Featuring cuts of top sirloin, filet mignon, picanha, and grilled salmon, the Napa, California, all-you-can-eat menu is priced at $39 for lunch during the week and $62 for its daily dinner service.
