Huckleberry’s, a Heritage Brand concept, just signed a 10-year deal for the premier end-cap location at Natomas Landing in Natomas, CA.

This deal was effectively dead midway through negotiations.

CCP brought this transaction back to life with a creative economic plan that all parties could agree on.
